Return and Shipping

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, ensure the item is free from any stains i.e. make up or deodorant, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted- and will not be entitled to any refund or re-delivery. 

Please note that your parcels may arrive separately from different warehouses, depending on location, inventory and stock level- therefore any item/s for return must be packed in their original packaging in how they were received and labelled accordingly to the shipment address provided.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If you do not notify us within 10 days after delivery, you will risk loss of right to a refund. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

We do not refund shipping fees.

Initiating returns incur a one-time fee of $4.99 per order which will be deducted from your refund amount. You may receive more than one shipment label depending on the item/s you wish to return- please ensure the item/s  is packaged with the right shipment label otherwise we can not provide a refund.


If more than 3 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us with your order ID.

  

SHIPPING

Shipment usually takes between 1 to 3 weeks to deliver. Depending on geographical location, public holidays, and other unforeseen events outside our control, shipment may be delayed further. If no confirmed delivery after 40 days as confirmed by the courier, a refund can be provided to you. 

Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to fulfil and dispatch your order.

Please note that Customs Duties and Taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • Any orders shipped internationally may incur customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees displayed during checkout.
  • Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
